Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-08-26. This document applies to the public Bammerce website and free-beta early-access applications.
Bammerce is currently in product definition and free-beta recruitment. Applying for early access does not create a product account, Amazon API access, or any service guarantee.
1. Acceptance
This website is independently operated under the Bammerce brand by 广州市蚁翼科技有限公司. By accessing the site or submitting an early-access application, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Website information and free beta
The site describes Bammerce’s planned product direction. Content marked “planned,” “concept preview,” “free beta,” or similar does not promise that a capability is already available. Scope may change based on product research, technical constraints, security requirements, or applicable policies.
Bammerce charges no software subscription fee during the free beta. Applying does not guarantee selection; invitations may be issued in batches based on use-case fit, product stage, and support capacity.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site to learn about Bammerce, contact the operator, or apply for the free beta. You may not attack, probe, bypass security, submit in bulk, impersonate others, send malicious content, or use the site in violation of law or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
Except where identified as third-party content, the Bammerce brand, copy, design, illustrations, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may keep temporary copies for normal browsing but may not copy the brand, create misleading derivative sites, or claim an authorized relationship without permission.
5. Third-party services, Amazon, and trademarks
The site uses third-party infrastructure including Cloudflare, Resend, and Feishu Mail, whose availability and processing are governed by their own terms. Bammerce is an independent software brand and is not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Amazon. Amazon, Seller Central, and related names or marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep content accurate, links functional, and the service secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for a particular business. Site content is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on conceptual product descriptions, third-party interruption, or events beyond reasonable control. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is unaffected.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution; unresolved disputes are submitted to a court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.
