Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-08-26. This document applies to the public Bammerce website and free-beta early-access applications.
Bammerce does not currently connect Amazon seller accounts through this website and does not collect Amazon buyer names, phone numbers, addresses, or other buyer PII.
1. Controller and scope
Bammerce is an independent software brand operated by 广州市蚁翼科技有限公司. For personal information collected through this website, that operator determines the purposes and means of processing.
This policy applies to visitors who browse public pages, send email, or submit a free-beta early-access application. Before a future product processes Amazon seller data, we will update the relevant notices and ensure they match the actual system.

Security and technical information
Cloudflare may process IP address, browser, device, and request metadata while delivering the website, providing security, and validating Turnstile. Bammerce does not use this information to build visitor profiles.
3. Purposes and basis
- Evaluate and respond to early-access applications
- Understand seller needs and plan the free beta
- Send application confirmations and necessary follow-up
- Protect the website, prevent automated abuse, and troubleshoot faults
- Handle privacy-rights requests and comply with applicable law
We process this information based on your consent when applying, the processing necessary to respond to your request, and legitimate interests in protecting the service.
4. Service providers and cross-border transfers
We use Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, HTTPS, Workers compute, rate limiting, and Turnstile; Resend for transactional email delivery; and Feishu Mail to receive and store Bammerce operational email.
These providers may process technical and form information outside Mainland China. We disclose only what is necessary for the stated purposes and require processing under the provider terms and applicable safeguards.
We do not sell personal information or use application information for third-party advertising.
5. Retention and deletion
Early-access applications and related email are retained for up to 12 months from the last meaningful interaction. If you request earlier deletion, we will delete the information after verifying the request, except for minimal records required by law.
Turnstile and network-security logs are retained by Cloudflare under its service rules; email-delivery logs are retained by Resend under its service rules; operational email is kept in Feishu Mail under Bammerce’s retention rules.
6. Security measures
This website uses HTTPS, security headers, server-side field validation, Turnstile, a honeypot, and request-rate controls. Production keys are kept in Cloudflare secret bindings and are not committed to the repository. Form content is not written to a Bammerce-operated database.
No method of network transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect you, we will investigate, mitigate, and notify as appropriate to the actual impact and applicable law.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, correction, a copy, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an end to follow-up. Contact privacy@bammerce.com from the email used in your application so we can verify the request.
8. Policy updates and contact
If processing activities, providers, or the product stage materially change, we will update the effective date and explain the change here. Where appropriate, material changes will also be communicated to existing applicants by email.
